Intern Spotlight: Galen Williams

My name is Galen Williams and I am a member of the Alabama-Coushatts Tribe of Texas. Currently I’m in my sophmore year in college studying EMT while double minoring in Chiropractic and Psychology.

What I want to is to evoke a change on a system level, which is why I am pursuing healthcare as a career. To be able to work with multidisciplinary teams and organizations in an ever changing field let’s me bring my practical knowledge and support to a different field. I gives us as a natives a chance to provide better meaningful care for everyone no matter to who or where they are. I’m excited to see what my future will hold and what our future generations will and can do.
